Browse Recordings

Recordings are organized by Discord server. Select a server to see all its recordings. Click any recording to view full details.

The Recording Page

Each recording opens to tabs for the Summary, the full Transcript, Stats, and Ask (question answering).

Recordings are broken into chapters — jump between them from the chapter rail next to the transcript, or from the chapter markers on the audio player's progress bar. Clicking a transcript line seeks the audio to that moment.

Use the search bar on the Transcript tab to find something said in the recording — matches are highlighted, and you can step between them.

Follow Along on the audio player opens a full-screen view of the transcript that tracks playback, highlighting each word as it's spoken. Press Escape to close it.

Recording Stats

The Stats tab breaks a recording down at a glance. Every server sees the headline figures: total words, number of speakers, talk time, and overall pace.

Servers on Premium or Pro also get the full breakdown:

Awards — playful superlatives for the call, such as Chatterbox (most words), Marathon (longest unbroken stretch), Speed Talker, Curious (most questions), Interrupter, Catchphrase, and Last Word. A chip only appears when someone actually earned it, and awards need at least two speakers.
Who talked most — speaking share, word count, talk time, and pace per person.
When they talked — a timeline of each speaker's activity across the recording.
What came up — the words that came up most, with common and filler words removed.

On the free tier the breakdown is shown blurred with a link to the plans page.

Server admins can turn the Stats tab off for a server under Settings → Transcripts → Recording Stats.

Exporting

Export in multiple formats:

Plain Text (.txt)
Markdown (.md)
Audio (OGG)
PDF (.pdf) — Premium
JSON (.json) — Premium
FLAC (.flac) — Premium

Exports include the full transcript, speaker labels, timestamps, AI summary, and metadata.

Web Access & Retention

On the Free tier, a recording can be opened on the web for 7 days after it's recorded — the recording page shows how long is left. After that, web access expires: the page and any public share link stop opening, and the recording is scheduled for deletion.

Recordings on Premium and Pro don't expire. See the premium page for plan details.

Managing Recordings

Change Visibility - Set to Channel, Private, or Public. Learn more

Share Public Link - If set to Public, share the link with anyone.

Delete - Permanently removes the recording, transcript, and all data.

Access Rules

You can only see:

Recordings from voice channels you have access to (Channel visibility)
Recordings you created (Private visibility)
Public recordings you have the link for
